I think that a server with low and stable x1 or x2 exp, low regeneration, low skill rate, low mlv rate and very low loot rate would be a bull's eye...
Because these war ots are nice for a month or two... but for someone who works and has also other duties, it's just a shame to invest time knowing that the server will disappear in a few months... the server is great, a lot of new content.. in my opinion, the only thing missing is stability and the opinion among players that it will stay there forever.
